Shipping Policy for Products
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order placement or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
Products are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Speed Post, or trusted logistics partners such as Bluedart and DTDC.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier company’s standards and location-specific factors.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, NatureMind is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
Buyers must report any non-receipt of shipments within 7 days from the order date or the agreed delivery date.
All orders are delivered to the address specified during checkout and must match the buyer’s registered details unless otherwise arranged at the time of order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free across India for all products.
We currently do not ship outside India.

Deliveries to rural and remote areas may take longer and will be serviced by local couriers or Indian Speed Post.
